Former AT&T employees covered under the AT&T CWA Communications & Technologies (C&T) Operations Agreement

Legacy AT&T CWA bargained employees are those who are currently included in a declared force imbalance (surplus), a Voluntary Termination Pay (VTP), or who work in authorized offices that are closing locations. The AT&T Career Support Coordinator Services provides a full array of career transition support services, to include union appointed coordinators and professional career counselors to assist eligible employees entitled to these services.
