AT&T Contractor Opportunities

AT&T recognizes the use of temporary resources can be an efficient and economical management tool for meeting workloads. These are assignments that last anywhere from 1 week to 36 months and range from software developers to operations management and clerical.

If you are interested in pursuing a contractor opportunity, click here for a list of staffing agencies that provide recruiting services to AT&T. Contact one of these agencies to see if there may be an opportunity that fits your skills/desires.

If you accept a contractor position through one of our staffing agency contacts, AT&T will require a social security number in order to complete final onboarding eligibility and screening requirements. We utilize the SSN to ensure potential contractors do not have an unfavorable employment history. AT&T Corporate Security also requires a SSN to provide contractors access to our buildings and/or systems. We take privacy issues very seriously and appreciate your cooperation and interest in AT&T.

Additionally, if you are contacted by an agency to be considered for a contractor role and they are not listed in the list of staffing agencies above, they should disclose which agency they are partnered with.

If you have any questions on how to become affiliated with a staffing agency, send your inquiry to eCAM@att.com.

Note: AT&T does not contract directly with Independent Contractors (1099's).
